Find Your Rock
We all have times when we need words of encouragement, a way to express ourselves to those around us, or to give unexpected joy to someone. Help spread words of encouragement to others through the creation and sharing of Found Rocks.
Join Upstream Prevention as we host events around the county to decorate rocks to share with others through direct giving or from placing the rock for a stranger to find.
Find or create a rock that speaks to you!
If you've found a rock, share a picture to your social media to tell us what the rock or word means to you -- make sure to tag us and use the hashtag #UpstreamPrevention so we can see and share -- you just may win a prize!
Consider giving your rock to someone who could use a word of encouragement, or hide your rock in plain sight for someone to unexpectedly find!
