Upstream is excited to announce the launch of two, open support groups for individuals who have lost someone to suicide in 2024. These groups are facilitated by individuals who were trained by the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, and include at least one loss survivor. If you'd like to attend these free, monthly, in person support groups, please fill out the interest form so our facilitators can reach out and share expectations before your first visit!
